Who  We Are:

Griswold Law and its professionals serve exclusively as Court-appointed receivers and referees in a variety of legal scenarios, including health & safety receiverships, tenant habitability receiverships, post-judgment receiverships, business dispute receiverships, cannabis receiverships, rents/profits receiverships, and partition actions. We embrace a team-centric environment and approach to support one another in our respective roles, while also remaining flexible and adaptable to take on different roles as the project may require. Our team possesses a high level of integrity and keeps a level head during high pressure or potentially volatile situations without losing sight of the end goal.
